Pursuant to our constitution, the Northampton Men’s Shed will be holding its 2026 AGM on November 18th, commencing at 1.00 PM at the Men’s Shed building. This is a Wednesday and the meeting will follow our scheduled Containers for Change trading for the day.
The agenda will be:
- Opening of meeting by the President
- Roll call
- Call for apologies
- Notice of intending proxy votes
- Declaration of quorum
- Minutes of the previous AGM and business arising
- President’s report
- Treasurer’s report
- All postions declared vacant
- Election of stand-in Chair to run election of President (Chairperson)
- Election of Deputy President (Deputy Chairperson)
- Election of Secretary
- Election of Treasurer
- Election of Shed Manager
- Appointment of Auditor
- General business not being held over for General Meeting (motions mustbe submitted in advance)
- Meeting close
